Also known as Kaguraoka. A small hill in the southern part of Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City. It is 103 meters above sea level. It is a hill of diluvial deposits based on the Paleozoic strata, and Yoshida Shrine is located on the western slope, and Kyoto University is located at the western foot. Yoshida Shrine, from which the place name is derived, is crowded with many pilgrims every February on Setsubun. 別称神楽岡 (かぐらおか) 。京都市左京区南部にある小さな丘陵。標高 103m。古生層を基盤とした洪積層の丘で,西の中腹に吉田神社,西麓に京都大学がある。地名の由来ともなっている吉田神社は毎年2月の節分に多くの参詣客でにぎわう。
