Ureine (English spelling)

A general term for compounds in which the hydrogen atom of urea (H 2 N) 2 CO is replaced with an alkyl group R, also known as alkylurea. When a primary or secondary amine is reacted with isocyanic acid H-N=C=O, isocyanate R-N=C=O, or carbamoyl chloride R 2 NCOCl, (H 2 N)(RNH)CO, (RNH) 2 CO, or (RNH)(R 2 N)CO is obtained, and when a primary or secondary amine is reacted with phosgene COCl 2 , (RNH) 2 CO or (R 2 N) 2 CO is obtained. 尿素(H2N)2COの水素原子をアルキル基Rで置換した化合物の総称で，アルキル尿素alkylureaともいう。イソシアン酸H－N＝C＝O，イソシアナートR－N＝C＝Oあるいは塩化カルバモイルR2NCOClに第一または第二アミンを作用させれば，(H2N)(RNH)CO，(RNH)2CO，(RNH)(R2N)COが得られ，ホスゲンCOCl2に第一あるいは第二アミンを作用させれば，(RNH)2COあるいは(R2N)2COが得られる。
