General Wu Lǐ Yǎ Sū Tái Jiāng Jun (English spelling)

Japanese: 烏里雅蘇台将軍 - ウリヤスタイしょうぐん（英語表記）Wū lǐ yǎ sū tái jiāng jūn

The title of an official position in the Qing Dynasty in China. He was stationed in Uriyastai (Uriyastai) in western Mongolia and supervised the military administration of the various provinces of Outer Mongolia as well as the entire areas of Kobdu and Uryanhai (Ulianghai). The correct title is "Left Deputy General of the Fixed Border." The general had two supporting ministers and four deputy generals under him, the latter of whom was the head of the four Outer Mongolian governors (khans). One of the two supporting ministers was called the Uriyastai Equal Administrative Regional Supporting Minister, and the other was called the Fixed Border Equal Administrative Regional Supporting Minister.
