In Chinese characters, he is called Meng Ge. He was the fourth emperor of the Mongol Empire (Kenzong). He was the eldest son of Tolui and the grandson of Genghis Khan. He succeeded the Ogedei Khan line and ascended to the throne in 1251. While he organized internal affairs, he ordered his younger brother Kublai Khan (Emperor of the Empire) to attack China and Hulagu to attack Western Asia, and he himself attacked the Southern Song Dynasty (Song), but died of an illness in the camp.
