Japanese: モズモドキ(鵙擬) - モズモドキ（英語表記）vireo

A general term for birds of the passerine family, Vireonidae. In addition to typical shrikes, this family also includes two species of Cyclarhis and three species of Vireolanius , and is divided into about 44 species in four genera. Overall length is 10-18 cm. Plumage color varies, but most species are gray-green or olive on the back and yellow or white on the underside. Some species have a chestnut-brown pectoral band and a reddish-brown top, making them quite flashy. One of the characteristics of this family is that the beak is relatively strong and slightly hooked at the tip.
