[1] Suffix: Used to refer to a person's name, a word representing a person, or a part of these (usually the first two syllables) with affection or contempt. It is said to have imitated Chinese slang such as "murateki (country bumpkin)," "shouteki (geisha)," and "kōbateki (horseman)." It was used as slang from the end of the Edo period through the Meiji period, and in the Meiji period ( 1868-1912 ) it was used by students and in the miscellaneous news columns of newspapers, and was passed down to later times as a slang term for peddlers and thieves. For example, "koteki ( Kojiro )," "dozateki (Dozaemon)," and "kanteki (official official)." ※Yakou Yowa (1836), Vol. 2, "This is also the speech of a lowly prostitute." ※Tosei Shosei Kishitetsu (1885-86), Tsubouchi Shoyo, Vol. 10, "And that's why the rice field target falls in love. (b) When used in the nominative case after a sentence or phrase. ※New Theory of Writings (1886)〈Tsubouchi Shoyo〉 "The reverse translation I am referring to refers to the style of newspapers today. It refers to sentences like 'Is that really so? ' or phrases like 'The commotion never subsides?'" ② In relation to Chinese words, it is used as a attributive modifier directly or with "na", as well as the stem of an adjectival verb. "Aristocratic," "tragic," "pathological," "legal," "peaceful," etc. (b) It expresses the meaning of relating to, about that, or related to that aspect.
