Japanese: 竹豊故事 - ちくほうこじ

A general overview and history book on Joruri. Written by Naniwa Sannin Ichiraku. Published in 1756 (6th year of the Horeki era). 3 volumes. It covers the history of Joruri, biographies of late masters, discussions of the art, reviews of the tayu of the time, composers, shamisen, puppets, and more. Along with the Ima Mukashi Ayatsuri Nendaiiki, it is a fundamental document for Joruri research.
