A collection of laws relating to agricultural administration in the Edo period. 22 volumes. Published in 1853 (Kaei 6). Compiled by Shogunate magistrate Arai Seibei Akimichi (1814-62). The editor, who was well versed in local governance, had collected laws, notices, notices, and inquiries over many years and organized them into 93 categories, such as magistrate guidelines, collections, new fields, and land surveys, for the convenience of future magistrates. It is a valuable resource for learning about the actual state of agricultural administration. In 1935, it was published in two volumes, edited by Takikawa Masajiro, and republished in 1969.

江戸時代農政に関する法令集。22巻。1853年(嘉永6)成立。編者は幕府代官荒井清兵衛顕道(1814‐62)。地方（じかた）支配に精通していた編者が，後進の代官執務の便宜のために，長年にわたって収集した法令･書付･達書（たつしがき）･伺書（うかがいしよ）を，御代官心得，御取箇（おとりか），新田，検地など93項目に分類整理したもので，農政の実情を知るための好資料である。1935年滝川政次郎校訂で上下2冊本が刊行され，69年復刊。
