Fang Zhen-wu (English name)

Died December 1941. A Chinese soldier in Hong Kong. After the Xinhai Revolution, he moved around a lot, and in 1926 he became a subordinate of Feng Yuxiang. In 1928, during the battle with the Japanese army in the Jinan Incident, he defended the city walls for a week. In May 1933, he joined Feng's anti-Japanese alliance and fought in the anti-Japanese and anti-Chiang War (anti-Japanese and anti-Communist). At one point, he looked like he was going to take Peiping (Beijing), but he was caught between the Japanese and Chiang armies, and surrendered in Shunyi in October 1933. He participated in the Fujian Revolution, and even after defecting to the United States, he continued to fight against the Chiangs and Japanese. In 1938, he was reinstated to the Kuomintang and participated in the anti-Japanese war, but escaped to Hong Kong due to the oppression of the democratic faction. In 1941, he participated in the founding of the Hong Kong branch of the Chung-Su Cultural Association.

中国の軍人。辛亥革命後，各地を転々とし，1926年馮玉祥の配下となった。 28年の済南事件における日本軍との戦闘では，1週間城壁を死守した。 33年5月馮の抗日同盟軍に参加，抗日反蒋戦争 (抗日容共) を行なった。一時は北平 (北京) をつく勢いを示したが，日本軍と蒋軍に挟撃され，33年 10月順義で降伏。福建革命に参加し，アメリカに亡命以後も，一貫して反蒋抗日運動を行なった。 38年国民党籍を回復され抗日戦に参加したが，民主派弾圧のためホンコンに脱出。 41年中蘇文化協会香港分会の創立に参加した。
