The title of a Kyogen piece. In the Okura school, it is Daimyo Kyogen, and in the Izumi school, it is Tarokaja Kyogen. When the master (shite) scolds Tarokaja for going on a trip without asking for time off, he apologizes and says he went sightseeing in Kyoto, so the master forgives him. When asked about the situation in the capital, he answers that he stopped off at his uncle's house, and forgets the name of the food that was served there, but says that it is in a story that the master reads every day. The master, who is desperate to find out this information, begins to tell the story of the Battle of Ishibashiyama. After a long story, when he gets to the part where he says, "Sanada gave Bunzo to his wet nurse...", the master says that he ate Bunzo, which must mean warm rice porridge, and the story ends with the master scolding him for giving him a good bone. The master's storytelling, which has many forms, is a highlight and a worthwhile listen. Onkayu is a type of porridge eaten at Zen temples.
