This is the journal of the Institute of Proletarian Science, founded in October 1929 (reorganized as the Japan Proletarian Science League in January 1933). It is a monthly publication, first published in November 1929. The January 1934 issue was printed, but was confiscated by the authorities, and publication ceased thereafter. The October 1933 issue was the last published issue. The Institute of Proletarian Science was a group of scientists supporting the Communist Party, established by reorganizing the Institute of International Culture, which was founded in 1928, and conducted Marxist analysis of real society and educational activities.

1929年10月創立のプロレタリア科学研究所(1933年1月日本プロレタリア科学同盟に改組)機関誌。月刊。29年11月創刊。34年1月号は印刷されたが官憲にすべて押収され，以後終刊した。公刊されたものとしては1933年10月号が最終号である。プロレタリア科学研究所は1928年に創設された国際文化研究所を改組して設立された，共産党を支持する科学者の団体で，現実社会のマルクス主義的分析や啓蒙活動を行った。
