A general term for restricted deposits created in connection with loans and bill discounting made by financial institutions to their customers. Restricted deposits are deposits accepted from debtors that are restricted by the financial institution so that the debtor cannot freely withdraw them. Commission deposits are created at a certain percentage when discounting bills or lending against commercial bills. In addition, when a financial institution makes a loan and forces a customer to deposit a portion of the loan amount, or when a customer tries to raise funds by withdrawing their deposit and the financial institution meets the customer's financial needs by lending in place of the withdrawal of the deposit, these deposits are called double-deposits.
