Another name for 1,2-diazine. A six-membered aromatic heterocyclic compound with two nitrogen atoms. It is also called orthodiazine because the two nitrogen atoms are in the ortho position. It is a colorless liquid with an odor similar to pyridine. Its melting point is -8°C, its boiling point is 208°C. It is easily soluble in water, ethyl alcohol, and ether. 1,2‐ジアジンの別名。窒素2原子をもつ6員環芳香族複素環化合物の一つ。窒素2原子がオルト位の位置にあるのでオルトジアジンとも呼ばれた。ピリジンに似た臭気をもつ無色の液体。融点-8℃,沸点208℃。水,エチルアルコール,エーテルによく溶ける。誘導体のサルファメトキシピリダジンはサルファ剤として用いられる。【竹内 敬人】
