This is a record of the household taxes and property of the Irobe clan, the local feudal lord of Koizumi Manor in Iwafune County, Echigo, during the late Sengoku period. It was probably compiled at the end of the Tensho era (around 1590). It is in one volume. The contents include records of New Year's ceremonies such as New Year's greetings for the household, notes on preparations for New Year's events and tributes at the end of the year, notes on blinds hanging from temple and shrine lands within the domain, various duties as kitchen liaisons, records of shopping, annual taxes from the domain Awashima, and notes on New Year's gifts.
