A medical device used to gradually administer large amounts of liquid (called irrigation), for purposes such as enemas, high-pressure enemas, enema cleaning, and vaginal or bladder washing. Generally, the liquid is placed in a graduated glass or plastic container and gradually released through a thin tube connected to it. Most devices have a valve to adjust the rate of release. In the past, they were used for infusions and blood transfusions, but are now rarely used for these purposes.

医療に用いる器具の一つ。大量の液を徐々に使用する際(灌注法irrigationという)に用いるもので，用途は，注腸，高圧浣腸，洗腸，腟や膀胱の洗浄などである。一般には，目盛のついたガラスまたはプラスチック容器に使用する液を入れ，これに連結した細い管から徐々に流出させて用いる。流出速度を調節する弁がついていることが多い。以前には輸液や輸血の際にも用いられていたが，現在ではその目的ではほとんど用いられていない。
