A manor in Onyu County, Wakasa Province. It was centered on Nishizu, Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, and included Tagarasu. It was the territory of Yamashiro Jingoji Temple. It is believed that Abe Sukenaga developed it in the late Heian period, donated it to Jingoji Temple, and made the temple the lord of the temple, with himself as the steward and establishing the manor. It is said that Tagarasu Bay was included in the manor by Mongaku of Jingoji Temple. During the Jokyu War, it was confiscated and became the territory of Gotoba-in, but after the war it was returned to Jingoji Temple, and a Taira woman (the eldest daughter of Abe Sukenaga's grandson Morikazu Nyudo), who inherited Abe Sukenaga's bloodline, was appointed as the steward. According to a copy of the Wakasa Province Sota Count Book from 1265, the area was 17 cho and 9 tan. A dispute arose between the Tagarasuura and Tsurubeura clans in the manor over the cutting down of old trees on Mt. Karikura. According to the tax list for the Gentoku era (1329-1332), the area of rice fields was 20 cho 4 tan, Shiohama was 3 cho 2 tan, and farmland was 11 cho 7 tan. During the Nanboku-cho period, the shugosho was located in Nishizu. → Related ArticlesTakara Source : Heibonsha Encyclopedia About MyPedia Information |
