Throw in - Throw in

Japanese:
Throw in - Throw in
One of the Ikebana styles. An abbreviation of hō-iri-bana. Ikebana that is free from formalities and allows the natural appearance to be used as it is. In the "Sendensho," "nage-iri-hana" is written as "nage-iri," meaning flowers arranged casually and without formality in a boat-shaped vase. On the other hand, "nage-iri-hana," which became popular after the Meiji period, is a formalized flower arrangement along with "moribana" that was created through a new interpretation of modern Ikebana. The name "hō-iri-hana" was first used in the "Hō-iri-hana Densho."
