Tretyakov Gallery - Tretyakov Museum
One of Russia's national art museums in Moscow. It was established based on the collection of the Tret'yakov brothers, 19th century businessmen, who donated it to the city of Moscow in 1892. Its contents cover Russian art in general, with a focus on works by Kramskoy, Perov and other Itinerant Artists from the second half of the 19th century, but its highlight is its extensive collection of medieval icons.
