In 1617 (Genwa 3), they received additional land in Yamashiro and Yamato provinces, becoming a feudal lord with a fief of over 323,900 koku (Tsu Domain). Later, in 1669 (Kanbun 9), the third lord, Takahisa, awarded his younger brother Takamichi 50,000 koku of land and established a branch domain in Hisai (Tsu City, Mie Prefecture). Both the main domain and the branch domain continued to exist until the Meiji Restoration. In addition to Anotsu, the main domain built a castle town in Iga Ueno and appointed a castle lord.
