Dong Kang

Born in the 6th year of the Tongzhi era. Studied in Japan after the Xinhai Revolution. After returning to China, he served as President of the Beijing Academy of Sciences, President of the Revision Law Institute, and Attorney General. After the start of the Sino-Japanese War, he participated in Wang Kemin's Provisional Government of the Republic of China (1937) and Wang Jingwei's Nanjing National Government (1940).
