A division in the southern tip of Myanmar. Also known as Tenasserim Province. It stretches from Mon State to the Kra Isthmus on the Malay Peninsula, stretching about 800 km north to south, bordering Thailand to the east and south, and the Andaman Sea to the west. Its capital is Dawei (also known as Taboi). Its main products are rice, rubber, teak, lead, tin, and tungsten. It has an area of 35,000 km2 .
