A Chinese politician from the early Southern Song Dynasty. Born in Mianzhu (Mianzhu County, Sichuan Province). His courtesy name was Deyuan. He was appointed Privy Councillor in 1129 (the third year of Jianyan) at the age of 33. He later served as the Chief of Staff of the Chuanshan War Department, Chief of the General Staff of the Eastern and Western Routes of Jianghuai, and fought against the Jin army and defeated rebels. He was a proponent of war against the Jin army to restore the Central Plains, but he was defeated in battle and was unable to achieve any results.

中国，南宋初めの政治家。綿竹 (四川省綿竹県) の人。字は徳遠。建炎3 (1129) 年 33歳で知枢密院事に任じられた。その後，川陝宣撫処置使，都督諸路軍馬，都督江淮東西路軍馬として金軍と戦い，あるいは叛賊を平らげた。金に対して中原回復の主戦論者であったが，戦いに敗れて効果をあげることはできなかった。
