This illustrated scroll is a collection of illustrations and poems from a poetry contest held on the theme of ten new famous places in Ise Province. It originally consisted of two volumes, with 80 poems composed by 16 priests and monks from the Inner Shrine of Ise, but today only the words in the lower volume and five sections each of illustrations remain. Based on the official ranks and years of death of the poets, the poetry contest is believed to have taken place in 1294 or 1295 (Einin 2 or 3), and the scroll is thought to have been produced around the same time. The scenery of each famous place is depicted with a poetic brush, following well the tradition of famous place paintings that dates back to the Heian period. Kept in the collection of Jingu Shrine, Mie Prefecture.

伊勢国の新しい名所に選定された10か所を歌題として催された歌合の和歌に絵を添えた絵巻。伊勢の内宮(ないくう)の神官や僧侶(そうりょ)16人が詠んだ80番が載り、上下2巻からなっていたが、現在は下巻の詞(ことば)、絵各5段を残すのみ。歌の詠者の官位や没年から、1294、95年（永仁2、3）のころの歌合とみられ、絵巻の制作も同じ時期と考えられる。各名所の風景が詩情豊かな筆で描き出され、平安朝以来の名所絵の伝統がよく踏襲されている。三重県神宮蔵。
