Takeda Nobuyoshi
1583-1603 A daimyo in the early Edo period.
Born on September 13, 1581. The fifth son of Tokugawa Ieyasu. He took the name Takeda after the son of Anayama Baisetsu, a member of the Kai Takeda clan. In Tensho 18, he ruled Kogane, Shimousa (Chiba Prefecture), and in Bunroku 1, he ruled Sakura, Shimousa. In Keicho 7, he became the lord of Mito Domain, Hitachi (150,000 koku), but died of illness on September 11, 1605, and the family line became extinct. He was 21 years old. His childhood names were Machiyo and Goro.

天正(てんしょう)11年9月13日生まれ。徳川家康の5男。甲斐(かい)武田氏の一族穴山梅雪の子の跡をつぎ武田氏を称する。天正18年下総(しもうさ)小金(千葉県),文禄(ぶんろく)元年下総佐倉を領する。慶長7年常陸(ひたち)水戸藩主(15万石)となったが,8年9月11日病死し,家は断絶した。21歳。幼名は万千代,五郎。
