This shrine is located in Kitafunaokacho, Murasakino, Kita Ward, Kyoto City. It was formerly a special government-sponsored shrine. The deities enshrined are Oda Nobunaga and his son Nobutada. It was established in 1869 ( Meiji 2 ) at the initiative of Emperor Meiji, and was founded the following year. 京都市北区紫野北舟岡町にある神社。旧別格官幣社。祭神は、織田信長とその子信忠。明治二年(一八六九)明治天皇が発意し、翌年に創建。「建勲(けんくん)さん」とよばれ、親しまれている。
