This shrine is located in Kitafunaokacho, Murasakino, Kita Ward, Kyoto City. It was formerly a special government-sponsored shrine. The deities enshrined are Oda Nobunaga and his son Nobutada. It was established in 1869 ( Meiji 2 ) at the initiative of Emperor Meiji, and was founded the following year.
