A keyhole-shaped tumulus from the late 4th century located in Zairo, Ueno City, Mie Prefecture. The mound was built at the end of a diluvial hill and is 120m long, 70m in diameter at the rear, and 40m wide at the front. It was likely named Ishiyama (Stone Mountain) because of the prominent roofing stones. In addition to the rows of cylindrical haniwa that surround the mound in three tiers, the cylindrical rows at the rear top of the tumulus contain figurative haniwa such as houses, shields, quivers, armor, and lids, all arranged inside and outside the rectangular area. There is also a rectangular area outside the mound at the narrow part of the tumulus, surrounded by cylindrical rows, with house-shaped haniwa lined up in a row.
