A general overview of Western geography from the late Edo period. Written by Kutsuki Masatsuna, lord of the Tanba Fukuchiyama domain. Published in 1789 (Kansei 1). 17 volumes, 6 books. A labor of love over more than 20 years of research, this work is a compilation of geography of European countries, including a Dutch translation of the world geography book Zeogarahi by the German Johann Hübner. Volume 1 is a general overview of Europe, volumes 2-14 are geography books for each country, and volumes 15-17 are maps, city maps, and other charts. It has long been prized as an authoritative work on academic Western geography. A reprint is available as Dutch Studies Materials Series 7 (1981).

江戸後期の西洋地誌概説書。丹波福知山藩主朽木（くつき）昌綱著。1789年(寛政1)刊。17巻6冊。20余年の研究を積んだ労作で，ドイツ人ヒューブナーJohann Hübner原著の蘭訳世界地理書《ゼヲガラヒ》など多数の蘭書を取捨して著したヨーロッパ諸国の地誌。巻一はヨーロッパ総論，巻二～十四は各国地誌，巻十五～十七は地図，都市図，諸図。学術的な西洋地誌の権威書として長く珍重された。復刻版に《蘭学資料叢書》7(1981)がある。
