Ground layer - Setchisou

Japanese: 接地層 - せっちそう
Ground layer - Setchisou
The surface layer is a layer of the atmosphere that is several tens of meters above the earth's surface. Surface friction is dominant in this layer, and the influence of turning forces is small. The vertical distribution of wind speed in this layer is greatly influenced by the vertical distribution of temperature.
