Political Strategy - Seijoyoryu

A legal book from the Heian period. It originally consisted of 130 volumes. It was completed around 1009 (Kanko 6) by Myobo Hakase Yoshimune (Koremune) Masasuke, the author of the 100-volume Ruiju Hanrei (Ruijū Hanrei). It is a collection and classification of systems and examples based on the ancient records and writings of his ancestors regarding general government affairs. Currently, only 26 volumes remain, covering annual events, miscellaneous matters, and important miscellaneous matters, but the articles cite cases from the reign of Emperor Sujin through the sixth year of Kanko, and the cases from the Heian period are particularly detailed. For this reason, it is considered a valuable historical resource for the study of systems from the same period. The oldest manuscript is the Kanazawa Bunko edition in the Sonkeikaku Bunko collection, and others include the Imperial Household Agency Archives and Mausolea Department edition and the Cabinet Bunko edition. Published editions include the Revised Historical Records Collection and the New Revised and Expanded National History Series.

平安時代の法制書。もと130巻。『類聚判例(るいじゅうはんれい)』100巻の著者明法博士(みょうぼうはかせ)令宗(よしむね)（惟宗(これむね)）允亮(まさすけ)が、1009年（寛弘6）ごろに完成した。政務全般に関する父祖の旧記・諸書によって、制度・事例を集めて類別したもの。現在は、年中行事、交替雑事、至要雑事の26巻を残すのみであるが、その記事は、崇神(すじん)朝から寛弘(かんこう)6年に及ぶ事例を引用し、なかでも、平安時代の事例は詳細を極める。そのため、同時代の諸制度研究の貴重な史料とされている。最古写本には、尊経閣(そんけいかく)文庫所蔵の金沢(かねさわ)文庫本があり、そのほかに、宮内庁書陵部本、内閣文庫本などがある。刊本には『改訂史籍集覧』本、『新訂増補国史大系』本などがある。
