In areas where slum clearance is a series of projects undertaken by public organizations in which they purchase land, demolish slum housing, level the land, build public rental housing, and provide low-rent housing for the poor in the area, because slum clearance is a series of projects undertaken in areas where slum housing is densely packed and has deteriorated to the point of being completely deteriorating, making it impossible to expect revitalization of the area by any means other than scrap-and-build. Because housing is supplied fixed to the land and is conditioned on on-site production, it is not suitable for mass production or mass sale, and the housing market is generally divided into small segments.
