Spotlight
〘noun〙 (spotlight) A type of floodlight. It focuses the light of a bulb using lenses and reflectors to illuminate a specific object or person. It is used in filming movies and television, and in theaters. It ranges from about 200 watts to about 10 kilowatts. Also figuratively refers to public attention or gaze.
