Seafood market

Japanese: 水産物市場 - すいさんぶつしじょう
Seafood market
It is a place where the supply and demand of fishery products meet, organized by the distribution function, and the various institutions and companies in charge of the fishery distribution sector smoothly adjust the supply and demand of fishery products, collect and distribute (distribute), and set prices, contributing to fishing production activities and satisfying the dietary needs of the people. The development of domestic supply and demand for fishery products, along with the accompanying development of distribution infrastructure and growth of commercial capital, are greatly transforming the traditional fishery product market. First, on the supply side, the widespread use of refrigeration storage facilities on fishing boats and the accumulation of freezers and refrigerators at major fishing ports across the country have led to the majority of catches from distant offshore fisheries being produced as frozen fishery products.
