A Chinese book about Cambodia (→ Zhenla). Zhou Daguan of the Yuan Dynasty accompanied an envoy from the Yuan Dynasty to Cambodia from 1296 to the following year, and wrote this record after returning home. It contains a detailed account of the state of Zhenla in about 40 entries. It is of great historical value as the primary source for understanding Cambodia during the heyday of the Angkor Dynasty, and the French scholar P. Pelliot has published an excellent translation and annotations.
