〘Noun〙 According to the Map of the Imperial Palace of Heian-kyo, this was located on the south side of the Gekkamon Gate, southwest of the Shishinden, and was the place where food prepared by the Naizenshi was reheated or simply cooked before being presented to the Emperor. In addition, offerings (mini-e) from various provinces were stored here and in the Mikizusho. This could be considered a branch office of the Naizenshi within the Imperial Palace, and was under the command of the Kurandoh. Staff members included the betto, yaku, and shitsuji. Later, places with the same name began to appear for the Innokyu and the Sekkanke families. A place for offerings. *Sandai Jitsuroku - October 26th, 883 (Gangei 7): " _{The Naizenshi} gift office was suspended and _one offering from _{the Omi} Province officials was placed there, _upon request from _{the provincial} officials."

〘名〙平安京内裏図によれば紫宸殿南西に位置する月華門外の南側にあって、内膳司の作った食物を、天皇に供進するに当たり、温め直したり、簡単な調理をしたりする所。また、諸国貢進の御贄(みにえ)は、ここと御厨子所に保管された。内膳司の宮中における出先機関というべきもので、蔵人の指揮を受けた。別当、預、執事などの職員がいた。後には、院宮や摂関家などにも同名のものが見えるようになる。たまいところ。※三代実録‐元慶七年（883）一〇月二六日「停_三内膳司進物所等置_二近江国員外贄人_一、依_二国吏申請_一也」
