[School] Takayu 2 (1254) [Died] Taijo 4 (1327) A Chinese painter from the Yuan Dynasty. His pen name was Ziming, and his pen name was Yueshan. He was from Shanghai. He was from one of the wealthiest families in the Yuan Dynasty, and served as the Superintendent of Water Resources as an official. He excelled in painting horses, and was known for his horse paintings in the style of Han Gan and Li Gonglin, but he also produced portraits. His representative works include Scroll of Four Horses (Cleveland Museum of Art) and Zhang Guo Seeing Emperor Ming (Palace Museum, Beijing).
