〘Noun〙 The name of the main hall of Chukaiin in the Heian Daidairi Palace. It is where the Emperor worships the gods. The Emperor would visit here on occasions such as Jinkonjiki and Niiname-sai, and religious ceremonies would be held here. In the current Imperial Palace, it was built facing south to the west of the Imperial Ancestors' Hall, and is the building used for the Niiname-sai.
