[Noun] ① A new name given to the Shoryo-shi in the Nara period ( 729 ). It had officials such as To, Suke, Daishonoyu and Daisho-zoku. *Shoku Nihongi - 766, 4th month, Koin, "Seventeen people from Yamato province, including Takashibinokumi and Kumime, lost one of the two Shoryo-shi and one of the two tomb households ." ② An office set up within the Jingikan in 1869. It was in charge of managing imperial tombs and matters concerning pending imperial tombs. In 1886 it became a bureau of the Imperial Household Ministry. It was abolished in 1946 and taken over by the Zushoryo (Library) , and is currently managed by the Imperial Household Agency's Archives and Mausolea Department. 〘名〙① 奈良時代、天平元年(七二九)に諸陵司を改めたもの。頭・助・大少允・大少属などの官人がいた。※続日本紀‐天平神護二年(766)四月甲寅「大和国人高志毗登久美咩等十七人、被二諸陵寮寃枉一、没為二陵戸一」② 明治二年(一八六九)神祇官中に設置された役所。陵墓の管理および未決陵墓のことをつかさどった。同一九年(一八八六)宮内省の一寮となる。昭和二一年(一九四六)廃止されて図書寮(ずしょりょう)に引き継がれ、現在は宮内庁書陵部が担当。
