She De-hui (English name)

Japanese: 葉徳輝 - しょうとくき（英語表記）She De-hui

[Born] February 11, 1864.
[Died] April 11, 1927. Changsha, Hunan. A Chinese scholar from the late Qing to the Republic of China. His pen name was Jieyuan. He was a Jinshi in the 18th year of the Guangxu era (1892). He became a clerk in the Ministry of Personnel, but retired early from his post to devote himself to writing in his hometown. His studies ranged from classics and literature to astrology and bibliography, but he was killed by the Communist army for opposing the innovative ideas of the time. He wrote many books, including "Liushu Guwei" and "Shulin Qinghua."

中国，清末から民国にかけての学者。字はけい園。光緒 18 (1892) 年の進士。吏部主事となったが，早く官を退いて郷里で著述に専念。彼の学は経学，文学から星命学，書誌学などに及んだが，当時の革新思想に反対して共産党軍に殺された。著書に『六書古微』『書林清話』など多数。
