Kanto Gundai in the late Edo period. Commonly known as Hanzaemon, Settsu no Kami, and Ukon no Shogen. The 11th son of Itakura Katsuzumi, lord of Matsuyama Domain in Bitchu Province (Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture). Later adopted by Ina Tadataka. In 1778 (An'ei 7), he succeeded the site and hereditary position of Gundai, and in 1784 (Tenmei 4), he came under the control of the Roju. The following year, he was made a senior Kanjo Ginmiyaku. In 1786, he was made a page head clerk, and in 1787, he was appointed Settsu no Kami. During his tenure as Gundai, he took measures against flood damage in Kanto and settled the Edo Destruction Disturbances. He was adept at providing relief to the poor and dealing with the rice shortage, and was active in spreading Shingaku. In 1791 (Kansei 3), he was ordered to be suspended due to internal conflict within his household. In the following year, he was temporarily pardoned, but in the same year, he was dismissed for misconduct in household affairs due to his adopted son Tadayoshi's desertion and other reasons. He served as Gundai for 13 years and 9 months. He had his fief of 3,960 koku confiscated, and was entrusted to his elder brother Katsumasa Itakura and then to Nobufusa Nanbu, where he died at the age of 31. His grave is in Kichijoji, Honkomagome, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. 江戸後期の関東郡代。通称は半左衛門,摂津守,右近将監。備中国松山(岡山県高梁市)藩主板倉勝澄の11男。のち伊奈忠敬の養子。安永7(1778)年遺跡を継ぎ,郡代職を世襲,天明4(1784)年老中支配下となる。翌5年勘定吟味役の上席。6年小姓番頭格,翌7年摂津守に叙任。郡代在任中に関東水害の対策,江戸打毀し騒動を収拾。窮民救済,米穀払底対策に敏腕を振るい,心学の普及などで活躍。寛政3(1791)年家中内紛のため謹慎を命ぜらる。翌4年一時許されたが,同年養子忠善の出奔による家事不行届その他の理由で罷免される。郡代在職13年9カ月。知行3960石余を没収され,兄板倉勝政さらに南部信房のもとに預けられ31歳で没した。墓は東京都文京区本駒込の吉祥寺。伊奈家は累代の功績により断絶を免れ,同族の忠盈を養子として家督を相続した。<参考文献>本間清利『関東郡代』,『川口市史』通史編上
