皮膚または粘膜組織の含窒化合物と結合沈殿して被膜を形成し,局所の保護や体液の滲出(しんしゅつ)を抑制する薬剤。主として創面,潰瘍(かいよう)面,粘膜表面などに消炎の目的で用いる。下痢,腸潰瘍などの制瀉(せいしゃ),腸収斂に適用。また止血および制汗などにも応用される。次のような薬剤がある。1.タンニン酸類。タンニン酸,五倍子,没食子酸,2.金属化合物。亜鉛華,ミョウバン,硫酸アルミニウム,次没食子酸ビスマスなど。
