?-1227 She was the wet nurse of Minamoto no Sanetomo during the Kamakura period.
Daughter of Hojo Tokimasa. Sister of Hojo Masako. In the first year of the Shōji era, when Kajiwara Kagetoki slandered Yuki Tomomitsu, a member of the family, to Minamoto no Yoriie, she found out about it in advance and told Tomomitsu, causing Kagetoki to fall from grace. In the third year of the Kennin era, her husband, Ano Zenjō, the half-brother of Minamoto no Yoritomo, was killed on suspicion of treason, but Tsubone was protected by Masako. She died on November 4, the third year of the Karoku era.

北条時政の娘。北条政子の妹。正治(しょうじ)元年一族の結城朝光(ゆうき-ともみつ)を梶原景時(かじわら-かげとき)が源頼家に讒言(ざんげん)したとき,これを事前に察知して朝光につげて景時を失脚させた。建仁(けんにん)3年源頼朝の異母弟である夫の阿野全成(ぜんじょう)は謀叛(むほん)の疑いで殺されたが,局は政子に庇護された。嘉禄(かろく)3年11月4日死去。
