Fourth Monthly Order of the People - Shimingetsurei (English spelling) Si-min yue-ling; Ssū-min yüeh-ling

This is an annual record of events in the late Han Dynasty of China. It was written by Cui Shi, a native of Boling Anping (Shenxian, Hebei Province). The complete book has not been handed down, but a collection of fragments is included in "Excerpts from the Han and Wei Yishu" and "All Ancient Three Dynasties, Qin, Han, and Three Kingdoms Six Dynasties Texts." The contents cover topics such as rituals, lineage, agriculture, household finances, education, defense against thieves, and treatment of illness, which is thought to reflect the living conditions of the powerful families in Cui Shi's hometown. It is particularly interesting that it describes the sale and purchase of grain each month, measures to deal with peasant riots, and family rituals and distribution of food.

中国，後漢時代の年中行事記。博陵安平 (河北省深県) の人崔寔 (さいしょく) の著。完本は伝わらず，逸文を集めたものが『漢魏遺書抄』『全上古三代秦漢三国六朝文』などに収められている。内容は祭祀，宗族，農事，家計，教育，盗賊の防御，治病などに及ぶが，これは崔寔の故郷における豪族の生活状態を反映していると思われる。特に各月の穀物の売出し買入れや，農民暴動対策，一族の祭祀や賑給 (しんごう) などを述べている点は興味深い。
