A sake from Gunma. The name of the sake was "Take ni Suzume" (bamboo and sparrow), but in 1938 it was renamed to its current name, named after a famous stone nearby. The main product, Futsushu, has a slightly dry taste. Other varieties include Junmai Ginjo, Ginjo, and Honjozo. Brewing water is from the sake's own well. The brewery, Tajima Sake Brewery, was founded in 1835. It is located in Kanda, Fujioka city. Source: Kodansha [Sake, Honkaku Shochu, Awamori] Brand Collection Information |
