This refers to small and medium-sized enterprises that are knowledge-intensive and creative. Venture business is a Japanese-English term that was originally conceptualized by Hideichiro Nakamura and Tadao Kiyonari in 1970. It is a business venture in which highly skilled entrepreneurial personnel leave a large company to demonstrate their abilities, take on risks, and develop creatively.
