Born on August 15, 1716. A merchant in Osaka. Studied under Akutagawa Teisa. As the founder of the Osakamaru school, he had 1,300 disciples. Died on February 24, 1792. Age 57. Family name: Ozaki. Given name: Katsufusa. Commonly known as Amaya Yabei. Alternative name: Gyokuunsai Teiyu. Author of Kyoka anthology "Ikyokusayuawase" and edited "Kyoka Nesame no Hana".

享保(きょうほう)19年8月15日生まれ。大坂の商人。芥河貞佐(あくたがわ-ていさ)にまなぶ。大坂丸派(がんぱ)の祖として門人1300名をかぞえた。寛政2年2月24日死去。57歳。姓は雄崎。名は勝房。通称は尼屋弥兵衛。別号に玉雲斎貞右(ていゆう)。狂歌集に「夷曲左右合(いきょくさゆうあわせ)」,編著に「狂歌寝さめの花」など。
