〘Noun〙 The beginning of winter, a warm climate similar to spring. By extension, another name for the tenth month of the lunar calendar. 《Season・Winter》※Tsurezuregusa (around 1331) 155 "October is a month of Koharu weather, the grass is green, and the plum blossoms are not yet budded."
