A scholar from the early Qing Dynasty in China. Born in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province. His first name was Weisheng. His courtesy name was Himei. His pen name was Dongqiao. He became a county student at the age of 15 and entered the Imperial Academy, where he was particularly knowledgeable in geography. He assisted Xu Qianxue and others in compiling the Daqing Yitongzhi by imperial order. His works include Yu Gong Shuizhi (20 volumes), Tu Volume 1 (47 entries), Yitu Mingbian (10 volumes), Hong Fan Zhenglun (5 volumes), and Great Learning Wingzhen (7 volumes).

中国，清初の学者。浙江省徳清県の人。初名は渭生。字は朏明 (ひめい) 。号は東樵。 15歳で県の学生となって太学 (国子監) に入り，特に地理学に精通。徐乾学らが勅命によって『大清一統志』を編纂した際，これに協力。著作は，『禹貢錐指』 (20巻) ，図1巻 (47編) をはじめ『易図明辨』 (10巻) ，『洪範正論』 (5巻) ，『大学翼真』 (7巻) など。
