This hot spring is a national health resort located in Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture, and is part of Kurikoma Quasi-National Park. It is located along the Geto River at the northeastern foot of Mt. Ushigata. It is an earthy gypsum and saline hydrogen sulfide spring. 67°C. There is travertine (a special natural monument) 2km upstream. There is a bus from Kitakami Station.
