The world's first commercial passenger steamship, built in 1807 by American R. Fulton. It was a regular merchant ship on the Hudson River between New York and Albany. It was 40.5 meters long and 5.5 meters wide, and used 4.6 meter diameter paddlewheel propellers on both sides of the hull.
