High-quality brown sugar. The crystals are fine and feel like dry sand. The size of the crystal grains is between that of regular brown sugar and sugar (kerosene). Sugar content is about 99.8%. Compared to white sugar, it has a light sweetness without any unpleasant taste, and is used as a sweetener for coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as for high-quality confectionery.
